Shipping & Delivery Q: How long does shipping take? A: Standard shipping takes 3–6 business days to most locations in Canada and the continental United States.

Q: Do you offer free shipping? A: Yes. Orders $200 CAD and above qualify for free standard shipping. Orders under $200 are charged a flat rate of $10.99 CAD.

Q: Do you ship to the United States? A: Yes, we ship to all continental U.S. states. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.

Q: Will I be charged customs or duties? A: For U.S. orders, any applicable import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns & Refunds Q: What is your return policy? A: We offer 30 days from delivery for returns on unused items in original condition.

Q: Who pays for return shipping? A: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Orders & Payments Q: How do I track my order? A: You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. You can also check your account dashboard.

Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, and other secure payment options available at checkout.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order? A: Yes, if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Products & Warranty Q: Are your parts new or used? A: All products sold on KaJay Automotive are brand new unless clearly stated otherwise.

Q: Do products come with a warranty? A: Most items include a manufacturer’s warranty. Please check the individual product page for details.

Q: How do I know if a part fits my vehicle? A: We strongly recommend verifying compatibility using your vehicle’s make, model, year, and engine details before purchasing. Feel free to contact us for assistance.
