Order Processing & Information
Placing an Order To place an order on kajalautomotive.ca, simply add items to your cart and proceed to checkout. You will need to provide accurate shipping and billing information. All orders are subject to acceptance by KaJay Automotive.
Order Confirmation Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order number and details. Please keep this email for reference.
Order Changes or Cancellations
- You may request changes or cancellations within 2 hours of placing the order.
- After processing or shipping, changes are no longer possible. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock shortages, suspected fraud, or other legitimate reasons.
Backorders & Stock Availability If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and offer the following options:
- Partial shipment of available items
- Backorder with estimated restock date
- Full cancellation and refund
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number(s). You can also track orders by logging into your account.
Multiple Shipments Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages. You will only be charged the shipping fee once per order.
Tax & Duties All applicable Canadian taxes (GST/HST/PST) are automatically calculated at checkout. For U.S. orders, customs duties and import taxes (if any) are the customer’s responsibility.
