Returns & Exchanges

At KaJay Automotive, we stand behind the quality of our automotive parts and accessories. We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags, accessories, and manuals intact.
  • Installed, used, damaged, or customized items are not eligible for return (unless defective).
  • All returns require a pre-approved RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Contact us first to obtain an RMA. Returns sent without an RMA may be refused.

Return Process

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong item.
  • We recommend using tracked shipping and keeping the receipt.

Refunds

  • Approved returns will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Original shipping fees, gift cards, and promotional discounts are non-refundable (except where required by law).

Exchanges We support exchanges for the same item (subject to stock availability). Exchange requests follow the same process as returns.

Defective Items If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will provide a free replacement or full refund (including reasonable return shipping costs).
