PAICAR DA-03 Polishing Pad

The DA-03 foam pad has been developed to enhance the performance of the PAICAR 03 finishing polish, especially when used with a dual action polisher. The light blue foam of the DA-03 pad is designed to remove holograms as well as moderate defects and medium-fine scratches, working effectively on the majority of paint systems on the market.

For the DA-03 pad, a medium-soft foam was selected, with density and PPI (pores per inch) characteristics that ensure high durability, absolute stability, the retention of its shape and hardness throughout the entire polishing process, and homogeneous workability without “grabbing”.

Combined with the PAICAR 03 finishing polish, the light blue DA-03 pad ensures excellent finishing capability and allows you to achieve very high gloss levels. For this reason it is often used as the final step following more aggressive previous steps.

The particular shape of this pad has been designed specifically to support dual action movement while also allowing you to polish tighter and less accessible areas, reducing the risk of overheating the surface or “burning” it. The open-cell structure and foam density also help optimize the use of PAICAR 03, reducing product consumption and keeping the pad wetter for longer, thus minimizing the need for additional product.
