The DA-04 foam pad has been developed to enhance the performance of the PAICAR 04 extra-fine finishing polish, especially when used with a dual action polisher. The green foam of the DA-04 pad is designed to remove very light haze, minor defects and ultra-fine scratches, working effectively on the majority of paint systems on the market.
For the DA-04 pad, a soft foam was selected, with density and PPI (pores per inch) characteristics that ensure high durability, absolute stability, the retention of its shape and hardness throughout the entire polishing process, and homogeneous workability without “grabbing”.
Combined with the PAICAR 04 extra-fine finishing polish, the green DA-04 pad ensures a superb finish and allows you to achieve extremely high gloss levels. Its structure is also designed to optimize the homogeneous application of waxes when the surface is already polished and does not require further correction.
The particular shape of this pad has been designed specifically to support dual action movement while also allowing you to polish tighter and less accessible areas, reducing the risk of overheating the surface or “burning” it. Also with the aim of keeping temperature as low as possible, an open-cell foam was selected, which allows heat to dissipate and keeps the surface cooler during the polishing process.
The open-cell structure and foam density also help optimize the use of PAICAR 04, reducing product consumption and keeping the pad wetter for longer, thus minimizing the need for additional product.
